Product returns outside of our satisfaction guarantee need to be in the original condition that the product was received in (unopened/not damaged).
We do not provide return labels.
Once you have initiated a return request with our team you have 14 days to have the product to be received in our warehouse.
There is a $6.95 restocking fee for every return processed outside of our 30-day guarantee.
